Let us represent you on a purchase or on a sale (listing) of a property, and we will give you up to twenty five percent (25%) of our earned and collected commission towards your closing cost. PLUS, we will donate one percent (1%) of our commission (net of rebate) to any charity of your choice -under your name. It's that simple.
Here's how it works:
Basically, the higher our commission, the higher your rebate.
The initial rebate shall start at five percentage points (5%) on a two percent (2%) earned and collected commission, and capping at twenty five percentage points (25%) on a three percent (3%) or higher commission. If the commission earned and collected by PropertyAXess is less than two percent (2%), rebate shall be limited to two hundred dollars ($200.00).
